We are delighted to have you staying with us as a valued guest.

For the health and safety of our guests and team members, we have amended our offerings to limit contact in the delivery of some amenities. Many of these changes are in accordance with the Center for Disease Control and Preventions guidelines.


As of August 20th, the Department of Public Health is requiring proof of vaccination for those who will be consuming food and beverage inside all bars and restaurants in the City of San Francisco. Acceptable proof of vaccination includes the CDC vaccination card, a physical or digital copy or picture of that card, documentation from a healthcare provider, or a personal digital COVID-19 vaccine record issued by the State of California or by an approved private company. These items of proof will be verified alongside photo identification at all bars and restaurants, including Bar 888 at our hotel.

Please find below an outline of our amended service offerings.
IHG has a long-standing commitment to rigorous cleaning procedures. Launched in 2015, the IHG Way of Clean program was developed with Ecolab and Diversey, both world leaders in hygiene and cleaning technologies and services. This program is now being expanded with additional COVID-19 protocols and best practices - many of which are already in place - to reflect the advice of the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control & Prevention and local public health authorities in markets around the world. 

IHG Way of Clean already includes deep cleaning with hospital-grade disinfectants and going forward guests can expect to see evolved procedures in every area of the hotel, which may include:

Food & Beverage:

  • Available from Bar888, located on the Lobby level.
  • Items are available for takeaway or for indoor dining. Room service is not available.
  • Breakfast: Monday – Sunday, 6:30am – 10:30am
  • Brunch: Saturday & Sunday, 10:30am – 2:30pm
  • Dinner: Monday – Sunday 4:00pm – 9:00pmReduced contact at check-in, touchless transactions, front-desk screens, sanitizer stations, sanitized key cards, paperless checkout.

MiniBar:

  • Minibars will not be refilled during guest stays but beverages can be purchased from the bar
    during select hours or from the front desk.
  • Gift shop is open on the Lobby Level during limited hours daily and additional items are
    available at the front desk during closed hours. Visible verification of sanitized items (e.g., glassware, remote control), reduction of in-room furnishings/high-touch items, new laundry protocols, use of new technology, fan coil units with fresh air intake directly from the exterior of the building.

Amenity Outlets: 

  • The Fitness center is available 24 hours a day and is located on the 6th floor.
  • Swimming Pool, and Club Lounge remain closed.

Laundry Services:

  • Valet Laundry services are available to guests Monday - Sunday. All items must be picked up
    by housekeeping or dropped off to the front desk prior to 9am. Items will be delivered back
    by 8pm.

Parking:

  • Valet parking is $62.00 + taxes per night and available 24 hours. For self-parking, the closest
    public garage is the Fifth & Mission Street Garage located around 300 feet from the hotel.
