Bill Sutton
A legacy staff member whose tenure predates the hotel’s opening, Bill is a lifelong San Franciscan who never tires of sharing his hometown – and its many urban and rural foot trails – with visitors. “Everyone asks their phone for dining or shopping advice but the concierge is your human Google. Chris has lived in San Francisco for 25 years and delights in the art, the music, the food, the museums, the neighborhoods, and the diversity of “one of the great cities of the world.” As a certified sommelier, he has traveled extensively throughout the Bay Area and Northern California and enjoys helping guests plan day trips to the nearby Wine Country and sharing his insider tips on the best things to see and do in San Francisco.
